When should I start eating KAIDO bars?
Most moms start as soon as they know which trimester they are in, since each bar is formulated for that stage. If you are early in your first trimester, start with Trimester 1 bar.
Are the ingredients safe during pregnancy?
Every ingredient is dosed below the Upper Tolerable Limit set by the NIH, and our formulations are developed with OB-GYNs and registered dietitians. As with anything new during pregnancy, check with your own doctor before starting.
